The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing comprehensive growth strategies to enhance our market presence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Execution Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Analyze market data and industry trends to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Sales and Revenue Growth Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Leadership and Team Management Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IP or patent industry. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
