You will directly report to the Platform Engineering Director, collaborating closely with DevOps, Quality, Security, Enterprise Architecture, and the CTO office.Key Responsibilities:Lead, Mentor, and Develop the Architecture Team: Inspire a team of skilled architects to uphold technical coherence, security standards, and collaboration across functions. Foster a culture of excellence and innovation, providing mentorship and development to build a strong pipeline of future architectural leaders.Define & Implement Technical Strategy: Craft & Execute a Scalable Technical Strategy across software, cloud, and data architectures, with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
