Brevo reached €142M ARR in 2023 (40% growth year on year) and has close to 1,000 employees globally.As Field Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and executing marketing programs that focus on creating awareness, demand, engagement, and renewal related to Brevo. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of sales, customer success, and others to deliver programs that drive a pipeline towards sales and renewals across our leads and existing customers.What you will do:Marketing project management with a strong focus on event management/planning (tradeshows, breakfasts, webinars, conferences…): consult, brief and coordinate the stakeholders as well as the suppliers, oversee the technical and logistical aspects, ensure the successful execution of the projects in terms of brand image and commercial performance whilst respecting deadlines as well as the budget.Content creation: Articulate Brevo's value proposition and brand attributes to identify and create the necessary content for executing each campaign according to each market (brochures, stalls, emails, speeches, animations, etc.).Collaboration with the Revenue and Marketing teams: Work in close collaboration with the sales teams and gain their support and involvementTracking/following-up on leads and performance: Ensure the follow-up of generated leads to guarantee their conversion by the sales teams and assess the effectiveness and ROI of the various activities.Internal communication and reporting: Communicate on the current status and results of the actions that were undertaken and actively contribute to the improvement of the marketing programs and the planning of future actions.What will contribute to your success:At least three years of experience in field marketing or event planning.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with suppliers, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Strong planning and project management skills to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple projects on timeA positive mindset, dynamism, and resourcefulness that will help you imagine new ways to engage with customers and deal with last-minute contingencies.Mandatory proficiency in English and French.What we offer:A unique opportunity to join an international and collaborative scale-up environment in a hyper-growth context.2 days of remote work per week.Meal vouchers - Swile (12,5 € per day).Excellent private health care, of which 70% is covered by the company.RTT.Bi-annual global company offsite; inter-office trips (when the current sanitary situation permits).Work's council benefits (Leeto).Social, green, and rainbow alliance committees to take care of environmental and social matters.Several services related to prevention, health, and personal and professional well-being on Welii platform.Very competitive referral program.Second parent leave: 1 month of fully paid leave.Kids leave: additional time off if your children are sick and need you.English and French classes, and over 155000 courses available on Udemy.Budget to support your workspace at home.A modern office in a central location with free fruits, drinks & lots of fun activities.Relocation package for international talents....and moreMeet us:A 30 minute HR video call.A first interview with our Head of Field Marketing FR.A final interview with our Director of Field Marketing.Brevo puts diversity and inclusion at the heart of its values.
