Location: Paris only – 8 days per month in office
Contract: Initial contract until end of 2026 + ext
Role Overview
Provide internal project coordination through ad hoc governance, prepare project status reporting, organised and support steering meetings (internal & external), document risks, issues, and decision options, strengthen project strategic communication, ensure project drive and team alignment across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project coordination and ad hoc governance across multiple internal and external stakeholders, and maintain the project cockpit covering planning, milestones, dependencies, escalations and workload.
- Maintain and prioritize the business backlog with the Product Owners and project stakeholders.
- Ensure identification, documentation and timely communication of critical issues that are on the critical path of the success of the project.
- Prepare and issue project status reporting at the agreed frequency and format.
- Organised, prepare and support internal and external senior steering committees for senior management.
- Document, prepare and support working meetings, including preparation packs, minutes, decisions and follow-up.
- Maintain and follow-up the project risks, assumptions, issue and dependency registers, with documented owners and mitigation actions.
- Frame decision options for sponsors and steering bodies and track decisions through to closure.
- Strengthen strategic project communication towards internal stakeholders and external participants.
