This position of Head of Design Office
- Aveva E3D M/F is aimed at an experienced professional capable of managing technical studies with perspective, method and a strong sense of teamwork.
You work at the heart of demanding environments, where quality of execution, cross-functional coordination and mastery of modelling tools are key levers for turning complex needs into concrete and robust solutions.
In this context, your role goes beyond the simple production of studies: you structure, arbitrate, support and provide clear direction for the work of the design office.
In doing so, you contribute to the success of high value-added projects while embodying an approach based on listening, anticipation and the search for appropriate solutions designed to meet client priorities.Supervise and coordinate the activities of the design office around the Aveva E3D tool.Guarantee the quality, consistency and compliance of the technical deliverables produced.Manage, support and upskill the design teams.Organize the distribution of tasks, monitor progress and prioritize actions according to project challenges.Act as an interface with the various stakeholders: engineering, project, methods, construction and client.Take part in technical reviews, design decisions and resolution of deviations.Ensure compliance with QHSE, regulatory and contractual requirements specific to industrial and energy environments.Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods, production standards and modelling practices.Provide expert insight on 3D design issues, technical coordination and multi-disciplinary integration.This position requires solid field experience and a real ability to take a step back while staying close to operational realities.
In projects where technical requirements are high and interfaces are numerous, it is essential to know how to structure an activity, secure design choices and create a clear working framework for the teams.

A good understanding of industrial environments related to energy, as well as advanced mastery of Aveva E3D, will be decisive assets for success in this role.
Beyond technical skills, your ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, anticipate bottlenecks and propose pragmatic solutions will make the difference.
This role is aimed at an experienced professional, used to working on complex subjects and carrying a reliable, rigorous and rallying vision.Proven experience of more than 10 years in a design office, engineering or management of technical studies.Advanced mastery of Aveva E3D software is essential.Good knowledge of industrial environments and the energy sector.Experience in team coordination, management of study production or technical responsibility.Ability to read, analyze and validate complex technical documents and models.Strong skills in organization, prioritization and activity monitoring.Ease of communication with clients, internal partners and project teams.Attention to detail, rigor, autonomy and ability to summarize.Ability to supervise, unite and support employees with varied profiles.Higher technical education in engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, plant design or a related field is appreciated. xuezdbg The salary offered for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
