The role leads the operational implementation of product compliance across all assigned categories, guiding internal teams, overseeing risk mitigation, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of compliance issues.

By driving alignment across functions and maintaining a strong compliance governance framework, you will strengthen product compliance maturity and safeguards the business from legal, operational, and reputational risks.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Compliance ManagementEnsure regulatory compliance of products within your scope.Drive the implementation of the materials compliance policy with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.Translate new national and international regulations into operational requirements tailored to different product categories.Represent compliance requirements during product validation reviews and support decision-making through risk-based assessments.Compliance Testing and ValidationCo-develop and manage regulatory control and testing plans for finished products.Audit the implementation of testing plans and ensure mandatory regulatory tests are completed.Monitor the validity of material compliance certificates.Organize seasonal sampling campaigns for products identified as high risk.Coordinate analyses performed by external laboratories and track results.Investigate non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.Risk ManagementProactively identify risks that could impact product compliance or marketability, in close collaboration with Sustainability teams.Alert stakeholders to identified risks and recommend appropriate solutions.Develop and lead action plans to resolve compliance-related issues.Regulatory Monitoring and Team SupportMonitor regulatory developments and ensure their effective implementation.Communicate key regulatory updates to relevant teams.Develop procedures, tools, and training materials to strengthen regulatory compliance awareness.Raise awareness and t
