About the Role
A logistics coordination opportunity supporting the Supply Chain function in the distribution of pharmaceutical products across France and overseas territories, aligned with European supply chain strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outsourced logistics operations from product receipt through final disposition, ensuring service levels, regulatory compliance and quality, safety and environmental standards
- Prepare KPIs and dashboards and lead monthly business reviews with logistics providers
- Analyse operational trends and develop corrective and improvement plans using reporting tools such as Celonis, BOBJ and BI
- Identify and lead logistics projects focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Develop a strong understanding of logistics provider processes, procedures and organisation
- Monitor inventory accuracy across systems, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Support Supply Chain budget preparation, variance analysis and reporting
- Potentially oversee operational invoicing activities, including purchase orders, invoice controls and reporting
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Initial professional experience within the pharmaceutical sector
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous, structured and proactive approach xuezdbg
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with European teams
- Excellent IT skills, including SAP
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
