This is a technical role, delivering post-sales testing service to key customers.
The Customer Readiness Testing team performs tests designed to specifically replicate the customer environment in which the Fortinet products are used with the end goal to improve the confidence in our released software builds.
The position requires candidates with strong experience in network security (preferably in technical support or QA role) and, based on testing requirements and customer data, the ability to set up testing environments, to define and execute test cases, and to detail the test results in service reports delivered to customers.
The position entails an excellent ability to clearly write all detailed information and to understand and interpret written information.

Requirements:
Five years or more experience in network security (technical support or QA)Graduate of network and security engineering schoolAdvanced knowledge of English (written and spoken), other languages are an advantageImplementation of customer projects
- Testing of Fortinet products deployed in production environments
- following the CRT processesThorough understanding of the testing requirements and customer information detailed in the project proposalWriting project related documents (Topologies, Test Plan, Methods of Procedures) with any required technical architecture diagramsProvisioning of the System Under Test to reproduce the customer environment on CRT Data Center equipmentConfiguring the traffic generators (FortiTester / Spirent / Ixia) to simulate traffic alike the traffic monitored in customer production environmentDefine and execute some test cases based on the testable requirementsTechnical investigation of problems involving Fortinet productsFollow-up with xuezdbg R&D departments to resolve product issuesDocumenting all test results in a test report to deliver and present to customer at the end of CRT campaignAdministration of Traffic Generators (FortiTester / Spirent / Ixia)Improve and maintain CRT application flows catalogProvide post-mortem TG usage experience and update TG databaseVendor relationship with feature requests and product enhancementFollow up actuality and propose new solutions emerging in the application simulation worldProvide support to customer projects by handling JIRA TG incidents/issues until resolutionInterface with vendor support and follow up external tickets and escalationsParticipating in SDN developmentCreation of technical documentation and bulletins to improve Fortinet CSS and CRT knowledge basesDevelop core competency on Fortinet’s product line and technologiesWork closely with Support organizationsFull timePosting Date: 2026-07-02
