With our products, a house becomes a home.On behalf of its Bathroom & Wellness Division (sanitary ceramics, bathtubs, bathroom furniture, etc.), Villeroy & Boch is looking for a Cluster Financial Controller FraBeNeLux (régions France, Belgique, Hollande, Luxembourg).Summary of Job Description: The Cluster Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations of the Bath & Wellness division for the cluster, especially financial planning of our legal entities, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
The role ensures robust financial performance management, establishes financial reportings, supports annual updates of transferpricing / intercompany-provisions and impairment calculations together with division financial controlling, group reporting and tax departments.
It ensures compliance with Villeroy & Boch's accounting policies and relevant IFRS standards, and is also in direct contact with external auditors.The role includes a direct financial responsibility across the relevant entities within the countries France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg.Key Responsibilities: Performs and coordinates budgeting and forecasting processes across the relevant legal entities within the France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg region, including intercompany relations and mid-term planning.Support the risk management process to identify and assess financial risks.Contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting for the Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard entities.Performs calculation of transferprices and intercompany-provisions together with the central financial controlling team and central group reporting & tax department.Establishment of documentations for year-end closing and hard-close to auditors and prepare Balance Sheet reviews.SG&A control and analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on structure costs, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements and provide proactive recommendations to optimize financial results.Ensures correctness of our internal and external reporting: ensures data integrity and consistency across the financial systems.Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects, e.g.
S/4 HANA implementation and integration tasks.Monitor and manage the cash flow for the Villeroy&Boch and Ideal Standard entities, including forecasting, and planning processes.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification could be a strong plus.Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years experience in financial controlling, audit, or accounting rolesSkills:Experience with SAP (FI/CO modules), experience with S/4 HANA could be a plus.Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skillsExcellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.High level of accuracy and attention to detail, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Location : ParisPermanent job
