and much more. You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Strategy: define the Analytics strategy for the EME region in alignment with business priorities and Sephora’s broader data transformation agenda.
Select the most relevant partners to accompany Sephora to support the Analytics team Delivery: oversee the design, development, and deployment of Analytics Products – mostly Power BI dashboards
- for business teams across functions and markets.
Anticipate and manage the impact of big Sephora projects on reports by integrating the relevant process Reliability: set and maintain high standards for analytics governance, data quality, consistency of KPIs, and reporting practices across the region Engage: drive the democratization of data by promoting broad access to Analytics and increasing the autonomy of business users while guaranteeing collective efficiency by embodying Analytics authority Data Product: switch from a deliverable approach to a product approach, making every analytics asset addressed as a product, with a clear owner, a value-based prioritization of new features, a management of usability Operational excellence: ensure that all analytics developments comply with legal and technical standards, especially FinOps best practices Transversality: contribute actively to the development of cross-practice Data, AI & Insights offers Innovation: anticipate future analytics needs and define the next generation of analytics capabilities, including self-service BI and scalable innovating analytics products Lead: provide strong leadership to analytics teams, building capabilities, developing talents, and fostering a culture of impact, service, and continuous improvement Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are … Extensive experience in analytics and business intelligence Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable analytics products and data visualization solutions Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders Previous management experience Strong understanding of data governance Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in retail, consumer, digital, or omnichannel environments is a plus Strong leadership and team development capabilities Ability to combine operational delivery with forward-looking vision on analytics evolution Commitment to clarity, consistency, and quality in analytics products and user experience Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across functions, markets, and levels of seniority Fluent in English Here, you will find: Community, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit.
