SilverBack is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Package Manager to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data center project in France.
Working as part of the project delivery team, you'll take ownership of the Mechanical Package, coordinating HVAC, cooling systems, piping, plumbing and associated mechanical infrastructure throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of the Mechanical Package across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Manage mechanical construction activities including HVAC, cooling systems, piping, plumbing and associated infrastructure.
- Coordinate mechanical subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery against project requirements, schedule, budget, quality and safety targets.
- Review technical documentation, specifications, drawings and construction deliverables, coordinating interfaces with electrical, I&C, security, logistics and civil teams.
- Monitor package progress, risks and commissioning readiness, resolving technical and construction issues and supporting final system handover.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 8 years' experience in mechanical construction delivery on complex industrial, mission-critical or data center projects.
- Previous Data Centre project experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling infrastructure, piping systems and commissioning activities.
- Proven experience managing mechanical subcontractors and suppliers.
- Experience managing mechanical packages through construction, commissioning and handover.
- Strong project management, construction management and stakeholder coordination experience. xuezdbg
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
