With €500 million in assets under management, Flexam Invest has a close-knit team of professionals, primarily based in Paris, with offices in London and Luxembourg. The firm operates across the mobility, logistics, energy transition and light infrastructure sectors.


Under the supervision of the Head of Investor Relations, your role will be to support the development of the firm’s portfolio of institutional and distribution clients and prospects, primarily in France, but potentially also across Europe.

Non-exhaustive list of responsibilities:

  • Updating and improving marketing and sales-support tools, including the CRM, cash-flow simulation model, fund model, website and presentations;
  • Supporting the smooth running of meetings: preparing materials, taking notes, understanding the investment strategy and clients’ needs, and promoting the firm’s image and reputation;
  • Proactively contributing to the organisation of events for clients and prospects, including proprietary and sponsored conferences;
  • Contributing to the preparation, automation and improvement of fund reporting;
  • At a later stage, supporting business development through follow-up calls with independent financial advisers, private wealth managers, family offices, regional banks and Tier 3 institutional investors;
  • Monitoring and following up with clients and prospects in close coordination with the Head of Investor Relations.


Candidate Profile

Student at a business or engineering school, specialising in corporate finance, audit or investment. Previous experience in an investment fund, audit or transaction services would be an advantage. xuezdbg

  • Preferably undertaking a gap year or completing the second year of their programme;
  • Strong financial analysis skills and ability to summarise information effectively;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Full professional proficiency in English;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce would be an advantage;
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a broad range of responsibilities.
