We are looking for a Senior Teamcenter Tech Lead to join a large-scale PLM transformation programme within an international engineering environment.

The role will focus on the technical and functional evolution of a collaborative hardware engineering platform based on Siemens Teamcenter, supporting engineering teams in the management of product data, configurations, traceability and integration with the wider engineering ecosystem.

You will act as a key technical reference for the platform, defining its technical roadmap, supporting architectural decisions and ensuring the consistency of future evolutions.

Your responsibilities will include defining and maintaining the technical roadmap of the Teamcenter platform, evaluating new Teamcenter functionalities and versions, validating major architectural and technical decisions, governing the Teamcenter data model and analysing the impact of major platform evolutions.

You will also define integration strategies between Teamcenter and engineering tools such as CAD, CAE and simulation solutions, while promoting the use of standard Teamcenter capabilities whenever appropriate.

As a senior technical expert, you will support project and deployment teams on complex topics, participate in architecture and technical reviews, contribute to PREPROD and PROD deployment validation, and provide expertise during major production incidents.

You will also act as a key technical point of contact with Siemens, supporting the management of complex incidents, critical tickets, version upgrades and the evaluation of new Teamcenter capabilities.

Profile

We are looking for a senior professional with strong expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, including recent versions of the solution.

You should have strong experience with Teamcenter configuration, data model, deployment and integrations, as well as a solid understanding of Teamcenter architecture and its main components.

Previous experience integrating Teamcenter with CAD, CAE, simulation tools or other engineering applications is highly valuable.

The role requires strong transversal technical leadership, the ability to facilitate workshops with both technical and business stakeholders, and experience working in complex PLM environments.

Previous collaboration with Siemens is highly desirable. xuezdbg

Professional English is mandatory, as well as a good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
