Mission
Our client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the European CISO organization. The successful candidate will work directly with the European CISO and coordinate the execution of multiple cybersecurity initiatives across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Program Manager supporting the European CISO.
- Coordinate and support multiple cybersecurity projects across the European security program.
- Assist Project Managers in delivering security initiatives on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
- Ensure alignment between different security workstreams and business stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, and governance.
- Define and track cybersecurity KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration in an Agile environment.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager leading large-scale cybersecurity or information security programs.
- Experience working directly with CISO-level stakeholders.
- Strong background in industrial environments with exposure to Operational Technology (OT).
- Experience deploying cybersecurity programs, security tools, or cyber resilience initiatives.
- Good understanding of:
- Vulnerability Management
- Security KPIs and reporting
- Security Operations Centers (SOC)
- Cyber resilience and security governance
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills. xuezdbg
