- Batch Manager M/FIn a nuclear environment where every decision counts, you work at the heart of operational execution to ensure the fluidity, control, and quality of batch activities.

This role is aimed at a professional capable of combining rigorous analysis, cross-functional coordination, and a results-oriented mindset, in order to ensure the proper orchestration of contracts and associated operations.

You will work in a demanding context, closely aligned with safety, performance, and commitment-fulfilment challenges, with real emphasis placed on initiative, anticipation, and cooperation between technical, business, and project stakeholders.

In this way, you will contribute to the success of strategic activities, in an environment where individual expertise is enriched by collective intelligence.Lead batch activities within the framework of a nuclear contract, ensuring operational monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with commitments made.Ensure the preparation, scheduling, and smooth execution of activity batches, while maintaining consistency of priorities and compliance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements.Monitor the progress of operations, analyze deviations, identify bottlenecks, and propose appropriate corrective actions.Consolidate management information, produce monitoring indicators, and feed into coordination and reporting bodies.Work as an interface with project, methods, engineering, quality, operations teams, and client contacts to ensure smooth and controlled execution.Contribute to securing activities by anticipating technical, organizational, and operational risks.Participate in the continuous improvement of ways of working, with particular attention to the robustness of processes and the quality of deliverables.Act as a trusted relay for the proper application of the contract, in an environment where precision, responsiveness, and a strong service mindset are essential.This position requires 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a demanding industrial environment, ideally within the nuclear sector or a technical field subject to strong quality, safety, and coordination constraints.

You have developed a structured approach to activity management, with the ability to maintain an overall vision while handling day-to-day operational issues with precision.

Your background has enabled you to work across multiple functions, lead technical discussions, and secure milestones in contexts where reliability is essential.

You know how to demonstrate method, composure, and adaptability, while remaining attentive to client expectations and field requirements.

Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with monitoring tools, and a solid sense of reporting round out a profile focused on results and collaboration.5 to 10 years of experience in activity management, batch coordination, contract management, or operational monitoring in an industrial environment.Appreciated knowledge of the nuclear sector, its regulatory constraints, its safety requirements, and its quality standards.Ability to organize, prioritize, and monitor several topics simultaneously with precision and method.Comfort in coordinating multiple stakeholders and leading follow-up or steering meetings.Good level of written and oral communication, with solid practice in reporting, variance analysis, and indicator tracking.Forward-thinking mindset, strong sense of commitment, and ability to propose concrete actions when faced with operational contingencies.Proficiency with office tools and, depending on the context, planning or project monitoring tools.Degree at Bac+5 level, engineering or equivalent, or a career path demonstrating equivalent operational expertise. xuezdbg The salary offered for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
