This role combines financial leadership, statutory oversight, and business partnering within a highly international and matrix-based environment.

The position requires close collaboration with local teams, Shared Service Centers, corporate stakeholders, and external advisors across several European countries, as well as regular travel within Europe (approximately one time per month).Main ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & Legal Entity OversightTake full ownership of the financial management, governance, and compliance of several legal entities across Europe.Review, control, and approve monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting for the entities under scope through dedicated reporting tools.Coordinate the preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS, local GAAP requirements, and Group reporting standards.Ensure the consistent application of Group accounting policies and financial governance across all legal entities.Planning &  Reporting Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to Local and global management.Monitor actual results versus plan and drive corrective actions when required.Support budget and planning process for financial controlling (Tax & cash)Compliance, Tax & Regulatory ManagementEnsure compliance with local tax regulations, transfer pricing documentation requirements, statutory reporting obligations, and Group policies across all countries within the scope.Coordinate external advisors and local stakeholders to ensure adherence to evolving legislative and regulatory requirements.Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including tax audits, statutory reviews & SOX compliance.International Stakeholder ManagementAct as the key finance business partner for local management teams and regional leadership across multiple European countries.Lead, coach, and develop local finance resources while ensuring effective collaboration with the Financial Shared Service Center.Coordinate cross-border finance initiatives and promote
