A global luxury brand seeks a Food & Beverage Director for their 5* luxury resort in French Polynesia, with several restaurants, bars, banquet facilities. If you are looking forward to joining a progressive large international hospitality group, then this is the opportunity for you

You should have minimum 5 years of resort experience, along with diversified F&B background both in restaurant and banquet operations. You must have worked with a recognized luxury brand or an independent Leading Hotels of the World standard property.
This is a hands-on position, and you will be required to manage and oversee the entire F&B division of this stunning resort. Hence, you must possess strong team leadership and training skills
This individual must have a keen eye for food and beverage details and is extremely & guest oriented.
Fluency in French and English and strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
