**Description**

**Management of new product developmen**t
- Responsible for the planning, the resolution of the technical issues and for tracking cost of the project and product.
- Initiate the calculation and simulation request towards the department in charge and analyze the results and if necessary follow-up of the products’ modifications/improvements.
- Perform and support product safety analysis together with the safety engineer.
- Initiate and update the DFMEA accordingly

**Supervision and coordination of drawing, testing and industrial feasibility**
- Supervise the draftsman activity
- Coordinate and follow the testing and development activities (Performance, NVH and vehicle).
- With the purchasing, ensure the contact with the suppliers for the development of new components
- Ensure the industrial feasibility of the product and follow the production cost.

**Profile**

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive industry interfacing with providers and/or customers with a concrete experiences in development field
