Adjoint.e du Responsable des Process de Planification du Groupe, vous jouerez un role essentiel dans les prises de décisions qui pemettront aux projets d’atteindre la performance attendue (offre, contrat, exécution des programmes) en fournissant des données pertinentes sur la gestion des planning.
**Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes**:
- Mettre en œuvre la stratégie d'amélioration du respect des délais (contrôle des appels d'offres, prolongation des délais..)
- Développer et mettre à jour les lignes directives de la planification de projet, contrôler la mise en œuvre et conduire l'amélioration continue des pratiques afin d'améliorer la cohérence et la synchronisation des processus de planification.
- Développer une forte culture de gestion de la planification de projet et assurer la cohérence des pratiques de planification de projet au sein d'Alstom.
- Évaluer et développer les compétences des planificateurs de projets en participant à la définition des formations.
- Promouvoir l'utilisation de la planification comme outil de pilotage par le biais de formations, de communications et de coaching.
- Gérer la capture REX sur les processus de planification, les meilleures pratiques, les problèmes récurrents, la performance et l'analyse des causes profondes afin d'assurer une amélioration continue.
**Vous allez**:
- Développer une expertise et être reconnu(e) par les 3 lignes de produits Alstom comme référent(e) en planification.
- Jouer un role clé dans le développement de standards de haut niveau en matière de planification.
**Expérience**:
- Diplômé(e) d'une école d'ingénieur ou de commerce
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la planification de projets, de préférence dans l'industrie.
- Souhaitable : Certification en gestion de projet / gestion de la planification
**Compétences et aptitudes**:
- A l'aise dans une organisation matricielle, dans un environnement international et multiculturel
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Expérience des outils de planification et d'ordonnancement de projets (Planisware ou Primavera)
- Simplifier des documents complexes pour les communiquer à un large public
- Expérience en conception de formation
- Niveau avancé en Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Qliksense(English version)
Deputy of the Group Project Planning Process Owner, providing proper time management information to support decisions making to reach expected delivery performance of the projects (tender, contract or program execution).
**Your m**ain responsibilities will be**:
- Drive On Time Delivery improvement strategy Actions (Tender Control, Extension of Time )
- Develop and update Project Planning Guidelines, control implementation and drive continuous improvement of the practices to improve consistency & synchronization of Planning processes
- Develop strong Project Planning Management culture and ensure project planning practices consistency within all Alstom
- Assess and develop competencies of Project Planners by participating to the definition of trainings
- Promote usage of a planning as a driving tool through trainings communications and coaching
- Manage REX capture on Planning processes, best practices, recurring pain points, performance and root cause analysis to ensure continuous improvement

**Experience**:
- Graduated from Engineering or Business School
- At least 5 years of Project Planning Role, preferably in industry
- Desirable: Certification in Project Management / Planning Management
**Competencies & Skills**:
- Comfortable in a matricial organization, international and a multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in French & English
- Experienced in project scheduling & planning tools (Planisware or Primavera)
- Simplify complex material to communicate to wide audience
- Experienced in Training Design
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Qliksense
