Product Line Manager F/H full time position

As a Product Line Manager, you are responsible for the policy and its promotion in the pre-sales phase towards customers.

You will be a major player in the development and renewal of the product offering and its competitiveness to meet customer needs and ensure the growth of the business.

**Mission and Responsabilities**:

- Understand and follow-up market, customers evolution and requirements
- Responsible and accountable of implementing the Product Roadmap and its evolution to maintain company product competitiveness
- Innovate and propose new product development programs (specifications, business plan)
- Technical and industrial follow-up of new product development to meet products’ milestones and deliver time-to-market products
- Annual product line budget draw-up and company strategic plan up-date
- Support Sales team for all product technical aspects as well as RFI, RFQ, Bid (specifications, price, margin, manufacturing capacity ).

**Qualification And Experience**:
Master of Sciences or PhD in optics or Physics, or Telecom or semiconductor. with possibly complementary proven skills in business matters or willingness to extend his/her skills to business matters.

2 to 5 years’ experience in Product/Program Management or Product Development or Field Application Engineering within Optoelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, Telecommunications, Fiber laser or equivalent. High Tech markets

**Special Skills Required**:
Capacity to understand the product technologies and environment of use

Capacity to build technical and commercial relationship with customers and Sales

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external parties.

Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills required in English

Self-motivated Team Player with a can-do attitude

Capacity for analysis and synthesis
