We are looking for a Data Analytics Global Product Owner to join our global marketing digital teams. This CDI will take place in Paris (75) in our Global Headquarters.

The Domain Product Owner is responsible of the translation between business and data/analytics. They empower non-analysts with the right methods and tools they design, either from the Power House and via cross-seeding. They support leaders from Insights, Marketing, Categories, Sales, eCommerce, Media.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- **Business Strategy / Strategic Vision **:Understand the needs of Danoners to have accurate, clean, mapped, connected and accessible data at their fingertips and develop quality and industrialization tools to deliver it
- **Impact on Business Results **:Specific empowerment of Danoners across global and markets, allowing them to access data in a fast & ultra-actionable way & supporting them to impact the business
- **Process & Projects **:Ensure the analytics tools built by the CEO are serving Danoners needs (availability, speed, simplicity), Inspire and upskill the community of Danoners, embedding & measuring the value of the work delivered
- **Managerial Complexity **:Managing senior stakeholders' requests that might not always converge and convert them into frameworks and tools that cover the maximum of their demands, ensuring adoption

For this role, we expect the following key deliverables:

- Scoping of products and ownership of one key product type among the 3 of the COE
- Performance Analytics
- Detection (Growth Intelligence)
- Prediction (Optimization analytics)
- Trainings, inspiration, workshops & cross seeding
- Embed tools developed in the teams to show value

You will mainly interact with experts & non-Analysts from various teams across Danone including top executives (Comex, Data board). Additionnally, you will be expected to link with our top 12 geographies and verticals as SPOC, bringing visibility up to local CODIs, Zones / CMDO / Sales boards, to adjust & embed the tools developed, as well as external, developement and analytics vendors.

The key metrics/mission critical performance indicators will be:

- Quality processes in place with 95% quality score
- Service interruption limited to 5 days / year
- Data in tools accurate, relevant locally & globally
- Reach of 70%+ of intended users’ community via inspiration demonstrations, trainings, workshops, cross seeding, etc. & a measurable tools ROI of 1.2+
- Measured frequency of usage and satisfaction + NPS

About you
- With an Master's degree in a related field, you have over 10 years of successful experience in data management, extracting value from Data, and ideally a previous experience in sales or revenue management.
- A certificate on key data topics would be a plus
- You have a strong ability to manage data & servicing providers, as well as a a global community of leaders, educating upwards the path to advanced analytics, building compelling cases to “sell” their deliverables
- You show clarity in documenting, training/empowering markets
- With a gigh sense of detail and process, you can anticipate possible breaches and risks on a chain
- Ease of work with technology teams (engineers): in particular, ability to manage a delivery team
- Strong communication, presentation, data translation skills.
- Complete fluency in English will be essential to communicate with the rest of the team
