**STONE ISLAND **est à la recherche d'un **Department Manager/ Team Manager** (appelé en interne Client Advisor Manager) dynamique et passionné pour soutenir notre équipe et commencer un voyage passionnant dans notre point de vente aux **Galeries Layette Haussmann**.

**MISSION**:
Il atteint de manière proactive les performances de vente et les objectifs qualitatifs clés et encourage constamment l’équipe, garantissant l’excellence de l’Expérience Client dans le respect de l’image de la marque et de la Promesse Client de Stone Island. En coordination avec le Store Manager, le Client Advisor Manager est engagé dans la gestion, le coaching, la motivation d’une équipe de vente dévouée avec passion, enthousiasme et engagement.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
**CLIENTELING**
- Il recueille les informations importantes du Client lors du parcours
- Il s’engage de manière proactive dans des activités 1to1 pour favoriser la relation avec les Clients, avec un focus spécial sur les VIC
- Il coache les Client Advisors pour développer des activités de Clienteling 1to1

**ÉQUIPE DE DÉVELOPPEMENT/GESTION**
- Il coordonne, forme et coache le staff pour garantir son évolution professionnelle
- Il s’assure que l’équipe soit toujours motivée, compétente, informée, consciente des politiques du groupe et stimulée pour être mise à jour

**CONNAISSANCE DES PRODUITS**
- Il a une solide connaissance de la collection
- Il fournit des informations sur les spécificités des tissus et et les spécificités des produits

**OPÉRATIONS/GESTION DES STOCKS**
- Il aide en matière d’administration, de comptabilité, de visual et de stock
- Il aide à garantir la sécurité des produits et les matières de valeur dans le Magasin et dans la réserve
- Il garantit le respect des normes de visual merchandising du magasin

**AFFAIRES**
- Il stimule les ventes, atteint des résultats individuels et contribue à ceux de l’équipe
- Il maximise les opportunités de ventes en exploitant la vente croisée
- Développement des stratégies commerciales pour construire une communauté de Clients, augmenter la fréquentation du magasin et optimiser la rentabilité
- Il garantit une excellente expérience client et supervise le processus de vente, s’assurant que la promesse client soit comprise, incarnée et appliquée
- Il possède une connaissance et une compréhension du marché local et est informé de tout événement dans la ville/organisé par les concurrents et partage cette information avec le Store Manager et le Groupe.

**CONDITIONS (Expérience & Compétences)**:

- Bonne (3 à 5 ans) expérience dans des rôles de gestion dans la mode Retail/Hôtellerie -Préférablement dans le Luxe et Retail Contemporain
- Connaissance des tendances actuelles et de la concurrence sur le marché
- Capacité à favoriser les affaires aussi bien en atteignant des objectifs personnels de vente que ceux de l’équipe
- Capacité à traiter avec les personnes
- Compétences excellentes en service clientèle, relations interpersonnelles, communication et team-building
- Expérience en Visual Merchandising
- Fort ambassadeur de la marque en ligne avec l’image de celle-ci
- Digne de confiance, flexible et autonome
- Maîtrise & sophistication de la langue locale, connaissance de l’anglais - d’autres langues est un plus
- Ouverture aux nouvelles technologies. Connaissance de MS Office, Clienteling et systèmes et outils de paiement.
