Nous cherchons un
**Project Manager Digital (H/F)** orienté WEB/Digital en pilotage transverse et coordination.

A ce titre, vous serez directement rattaché à la Direction Générale et vous évoluerez en approche non hiérarchique avec des ressources affectées en fonction des projets (chefs de projet informatique, développeurs, experts métiers, partenaires...).

Présent pendant tout le cycle d’un projet, le Project Manager représente et assiste la Direction Générale. Il exerce principalement les missions et tâches suivantes:

- Recueil et analyse des besoins utilisateurs et métiers,
- Planifier, préparer et animer les ateliers avec les différents métiers,
- Rédiger les comptes rendus et relevé de décision,
- Rédiger les cahiers des charges et spécifications avec les experts métiers,
- Piloter et coordonner les projets : planning, ateliers, équipe (interne ou prestataires), suivi,
- Assurer la gestion du backlog, création et suivi des sprints,
- Participer au choix de la solution avec l'équipe de développement informatique,
- Préparer et assurer les phases de recette technique et métier,
- Adapter et gérer la formation et l'assistance aux utilisateurs,
- Suivre la phase de mise en production,
- Être en veille sur l'impact métier des évolutions réglementaires.

Au titre de votre fonction vous serez aussi amené à devenir le référent de l’entreprise pour le suivi des projets développés avec nos partenaires. A ce titre vous nous représenterez lors des comités de pilotage et serez le point d’entrée de l’entreprise pour nos partenaires.

Vous devrez être en capacité de veiller au respect des règles de conformité sur tous les supports émis par l’entreprise et vous aurez enfin en charge la fonction de DPO, ce qui nécessitera une bonne connaissance du RGPD.

Une expérience dans un domaine IT,

Maitrise des outils de gestion de projet (JIRA, Confluence...),

Une expérience en pilotage de projet et en management d'équipe technique,

Une expérience dans le domaine de la santé ou de l'assurance est un plus.

Vous connaissez le logiciel symphony est un réel plus.

De formation BAC + 5 spécialisés en informatique, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 3 ans.
