As Stryker continues to evolve its Plant Network, this role is required to facilitate the integration of the Serf plant in Décines France into the Joint Replacement manufacturing network. The 12-month role will focus on both the integration and ramp up of the site and on the development and delivery of the Integration strategy.

The Onsite Integration Lead manager will actively work with the plant leader and the site leadership team. They will collaborate with the overall Integration leader and functional leads to deliver the integration plan. The role will facilitate the IBP process to understand the 5-year capacity needs for the site and drive the development of the site master plan.

The role will also oversee the integration of Stryker systems and processes on the sites and will provide examples of technologies from the Stryker network that could improve operational efficiencies and facilitate the integration of the site into the Stryker supply chain with a focus on shared OSP efficiencies.

- You will drive the current capacity ramp and develop the site capacity roadmap.
- You will actively work with the site leadership team as they transition to Stryker processes and systems.
- You will ensure a stable transition from a Safety, Quality and Supply perspective.
- You will be an initial link between the site and JR MFG Leadership team.
- You will align with the Senior Program Manager on the integration plan.
- You will help minimize the impact of the plan to day-to-day business.
- You will develop a risk management plan for the program(s). Identify, analyse, and understand project risks, develop, and monitor a risk response plan.
- You will mentor others in risk management practices.
- You will estimate, acquire and assign cross functional program resources and leverage resources across programs.
- You will coach and mentor team members and functional managers
- You will drive the recruitment and onboarding of staff.
- You will develop stakeholder relationships and strategies for the effective management across a broad range of expectations and requirements.
- You will help develop and execute the communications management plan for the site.
- You will drive collaboration between the site and the divisional leadership team as well as the wider Stryker network.
- You will create and influence best practices for divisional communications management.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**_ Your profile:_**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Project management, Engineering, or related discipline. Related master’s is desirable.
- 10 Years Experience in Manufacturing and Operations in a high-performance multinational environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives.
- Technical understanding of production ramps and capital pipelines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high aptitude for gathering data and performing research.
- Demonstrated ability to network and influence in a Matrix structure at all organisation levels.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Be open minded.

- You are fluent in English.
- Ability to speak French is preferred.
