To accompany its exponential growth, Fortinet is seeking an Events and Executive Briefing Center Intern to be part of our EMEA Events team and support the Event Strategy in the region by implementing Fortinet-led EMEA events, industry sponsorships and our EMEA Executive Briefing Center (EBC) program.

Our Executive Briefing Center in Sophia Antipolis is a dedicated facility used to showcase the company's solutions and services to high-level executives, clients, and partners who come from all over the EMEA region.

In this role, you will be part of the EMEA Events Marketing organization and will report to the EBC Program Manager. The position gives you plenty of visibility as it requires you to work closely with the Field Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Brand/creative and Sales teams.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Executive Briefing Center**
- Support the EBC Program Manager where necessary in the management and coordination of EBC programs via the following tasks:

- _Logistics: _a good understanding of audiovisual equipment; liaise with reception team for meeting room booking; manage the customers' transportation planning between airport to the office and hotels to office; support on administrative tasks such as creating the visa letter invitations for internal team customers when needed
- _Briefing Source: _review and filter every single new EBC request by making sure it is clearly completed based on requirements; communicate any alert to EBC Program Manager if needed; create monthly reports directly from the platform
- _3 _rd _Party provider coordination and Platform Management: _Work along with transportation and accommodation companies to provide complete planning for each EBC visit; liaise with the reception and catering teams to offer our corporate rate to customers; update our dedicated webpage for customers prior to and after their visit to ease their experience
- Assist in the promotion of the EBC strategy to drive usage via marketing programs internally using Highspot
- Take ownership of the back-office administration of the EBC program

**Profile & Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal English skills, intermediate level of French is an advantage
- Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality or Business related studies
- Excellent multi-project management, prioritization, and time management skills
- Organized, deadline-sensitive, self-driven, reliable and detail orientated
- Excellent analytical approach and willingness to learn CRM tools (SFDC preferably)
- Good Excel skills and familiar with MS Office tools
- Team player, capable of assisting team members across all areas of event management when required
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, able to adapt to the Fortinet corporate culture
