We have a **PLM SportStyle Footwear W/M** position for you
Your main challenge:
- Build the Sportstyle product offering corresponding to consumer expectations and coordinate the cross-functionality of products by meeting the objectives of the Sportstyle consumer division.
**You will work in close collaboration with our creative and design Teams.**
**You will report directly to the Footwear Sportstyle Director.**
**Main Activities**:
- Identify trends and needs of markets, consumers and main account sneaker retailers.
- Carry out competitor studies, collect comments from sales channels, buyers, markets or communities to help develop major account sneaker lines.
- Design and help structure the offer and monitor the implementation of the sneaker’s offer.
- Carry out product briefs with the development, design and communication teams
- Design the tools and arguments
- Ensure the sale of the offer to key account managers and subsidiaries,
- Provide the offer to sales teams through communication tools and participate in the launch of new products
- Collaborator in cross-functional projects upstream (anticipation) and downstream (communication)
- Ensure the evaluation of sneaker projects and product line
**Specific Activities**:
- Analyze and propose relevant analyzes in terms of marketing watch.
- Disseminate and modify specific studies related to CRM, create a link with the Digital Marketing teams.
- Identify our future collaborations and following up the project until the collection's launch

**_Votre principal challenge : _**
- _Construire l’offre produit Sportstyle correspondant aux attentes des consommateurs et coordonner la transversalité des produits en répondant aux objectifs de la consumer division Sportstyle._
**_ Vous travaillerez en collaboration étroite avec les équipes créatives et design._**
**_ Vous reporterez directement au Directeur Sportstyle Footwear._**
**_ Activités principales :_**
- _ Identifier les tendances, les besoins des marchés, des consommateurs et détaillants sneakers grands comptes. _
- _Réaliser les études de concurrence, recueillir les commentaires des canaux de ventes, d’acheteurs, des marchés ou des communautés pour aider au développement de lignes sneaker grand comptes._
- _ Concevoir et aider à la structure de l’offre et assurer le suivi de la réalisation de l’offre sneaker._
- _ Réaliser les briefs produits avec les équipes développement, design et communication _
- _Concevoir les outils et argumentaires _
- _Assurer la vente de l’offre auprès des responsables comptes clés et des filiales,_
- _ Transmettre aux équipes commerciales l’offre à travers les outils de communication et participer activement au lancement de nouveaux produits_
- _ Collaborer aux projets transverses en amont (anticipation) et en aval (communication) _
- _Assurer l’évaluation des projets et de la gamme de produits sneaker grands comptes._
**_ Activités spécifiques : _**
- _Analyser, proposer et déployer des analyses pertinentes en termes de marketing intelligence _
- _Diffuser et modaliser des études spécifiques en relation avec le CRM, créer le lien avec les équipes Marketing Digital_
- _ Identifier les futures collaborations et assurer le suivi jusqu’au lancement de la collection_.
**Qualifications**
- **Needed Work Experience**: Ideally 3 years professional experiences in marketing and in the world of large account sneakers. An experience as a merchandiser buyer assistant, buyer would be appreciated
- ** Education**: Master's degree in Marketing
- ** Foreign Language(s)**: proficiency in English
- ** IT Skills**:mastery of the Office Pack
- ** Specific Skills**: knowledge in marketing, knowledge of products, market, activities. A interest and understanding of the "sneaker 's world"
- ** Specific transversal skills**: public speaking, synthesis and analytical skills, business sensitivity, analytical skills, ability to have an overview- **_ Expériences requises _**_:_
- _ Idéalement 3 ans d' expériences professionnelle en marketing et dans le monde du sneaker grands comptes. Une expérience en tant que merchandiseur, assistant(e) acheteur, acheteur(se) apprécié._
