- **Mission**
Join Qonto as a Procurement Apprentice to help shape and scale our procurement culture. Working closely with **Aissatou**,** our Procurement Lead, and **Maria**,** our P2P Manager, you'll be interacting daily with internal requesters from Strategy, Product, Tech, Banking, Operations, People, and Finance, as well as external suppliers.
**As a Procurement Apprentice at Qonto, you will**
- Conduct negotiations, manage contract renewals, and execute RFPs to get the best deal while maintaining high quality and efficiency.
- Source relevant suppliers to meet Qontoers' needs, enhancing our operational capabilities.
- Support the P2P admin process using Coupa, from supplier onboarding to payment completion.
- Drive a positive end-to-end procurement experience by support Qontoers in their procurement journey, aiming for a 90%+ NPS by the end of 2024 through enhanced support and guidance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Account Payable, Legal or ESG teams

***About your future manager**
Your manager will be **Aissatou** who is in charge of the Procurement team.
**Her background**: After experiences in the railway and automative industry as a Buyer, she made a first step in a tech environment within Ieboncoin/Adevinta, before joining Qonto as a Procurement Expert in July 2023 and then switching to Procurement Lead in January 2024.
**What does she bring to the team**: Together with the rest of the Group FP&A and Procurement team, Aïssatou's mission is to support, guide and drive sustainable and profitable growth and efficiency across Qonto. With almost 10 years of experience in Procurement, Aïssatou is a great mentor, used to helping her team members grow. She will help you learn how procurement works in a tech scale-up, and build your expertise on all procurement-related topics.
***About you**
- **Education**: Pursuing or completing a Master's degree in Purchasing.
- **Proactivity**: You demonstrate initiative and have a self-starter attitude.
- **Communication**: You possess excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- **Curiosity**: Genuine interest in staying updated on industry trends and procurement innovations.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
- **Adaptability**: Eagerness to learn and work with various procurement tools and processes, experience with P2P tools (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Workday) is a plus.
- **Location**: This role is based in Paris, France.
