**Position**:
The Group Talent Management team is based in the Parisian HQ of LVMH, covering 75 countries, 75 brands and over 200,000 talents worldwide, working with the internal Maison HR and business partners, to understand the company's objectives and to contribute to
- design, construct, and roll out plans and strategies linked to Talent Management.
- achieve results through the understanding, development and movement of talents
His/her key challenges, on an international scale:
- Coordinate with the team the **2024 OMR** (Organisational Management Review) campaign to identify key business, HR evolutions & future talents.
- Produce **analysis and KPIs** to follow talent management activity.
- Prepare **HR strategic presentations** for top management.
- Support in the coordination and preparation of **HR events** (Cross Function Day - 150 attendees).
- Assist the Talent Development team in various projects, coordination and administration.
- Ensure to remain up to date with latest organization evolutions.
Key responsibilities of this team, the intern will contribute to:
- **Understand the business**, its goals and priorities across LVMH Divisions and Maisons, in diverse sectors such as Fashion & Leather Goods, Wines & Spirits, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Watches and Jewerly, Selective retailing and Hospitality, anticipate the organizations' future to work and advise and influence business and HR executives.
- Understand and monitor the current** Talent Management Trends and global market orientations** to identify the impact upon the business and constructively challenge current practices providing added value, by nourishing Employee's experience and strengthening business performance.
- Contribute to the **elaboration of the Group Talent Roadmap**, identifying organization's needs in constant exchange and discussion with Maison's HR stakeholdes, to create and implement an efficient talent strategy and **finetune organizational design.**
- Launch and oversee annual campaigns of some of the key strategic moments of the HR Year: the global **Organizations and People Review**, the global **Performance and Career Review**. Starting from the brief, accompanying the Maison's HR, and ending with a final strategic wrap up presentation to feedback the top management and the Maisons.
- Facilitate and actively work on a modern inspiring approach to **Internal Mobility of talent**, helping the alignment of company's goals with those of the employees, enhancing engagement throughout the Group (Career interviews with internal talents, Assessment in view of the global talent review, etc).
- Create and nourish **Talent Pooling** for key positions, of all functions, anticipating the **Succession Plans **of their holders.
- Manage **talent related Projects** at global scale depending on the roadmap and priorities.
- Design and deliver talent management **Reports and Data** when required.
