Au sein de l’équipe Global Learning, rattaché(e) au Learning Project Manager, vous participerez à plusieurs de nos key projets et initiatives de 2023 autour de la construction de programme et de communautés:
Vous excellerez et vous épanouirez dans ce poste si vous êtes prêt à travailler sur les missions suivantes:

- Vous serez impliqué(e) dans toutes les étapes de préparation des programmes leadership et talent développement (coordination avec les différents départements, pays et partenaires) et vous menez des initiatives en toute autonomie : création de contenu, curation, news, recherche d’intervenants, contact avec prestataires, organisation de webinar et veille concurrentielle sur les sujets learning, leadership et inclusion.
- Vous serez l’acteur clé sur la partie data et reporting : vous contribuerez à la réflexion et à la création de process afin de quantifier et mesurer l’efficacité et l’impact de programmes. (KPIS, soft skills ) Vous menez en autonomie le suivi des historiques et l’analyse des datas dans notre système. Et vous participerez à la définition de KPIs communs.
- Vous serez également amené(e) à identifier et rencontrer de nouveaux partenaires, outils ou solutions innovantes.
- Vous soutenez l’ensemble de projets Learning au niveau Global : vous contribuez à divers projets dans un scope international et multiculturel.

N’hésitez plus à postuler si vous avez ou si vous êtes
- Etudiant(e) en année de césure ou en stage de fin d'études à orientation RH dans un cursus Bac+4/5
- Vous parlez couramment anglais, français est un plus
- Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, de rigueur et vous avez des capacités d'adaptation et de collaboration
- Vous êtes ouvert(e) d’esprit, êtes curieux(se), passionné(e) par le learning et les news trends autour du learning long life
