**We are looking for an Account Payable Accountant to strengthen our team**

**In this role as an AP Accountant, you will be responsible of invoice handling and accounts payable processing for one or several mills.**

**This is a temporary contract (12 months) from ASAP which will be based at Pont Eveque office.**

- **We are looking for an AP Accountant who is able to**:

- Perform clerical day-to-day Accounts Payable procedures according to process flow, timeline, service and quality requirements
- Ensure all invoices are accurately processed and authorised within agreed deadline
- Understand Company’s purchasing process and usage of purchase orders (PO)s
- Process payments according to the agreed payment terms and schedule
- Perform regular accounts payable ledger reconciliations
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Provide supporting documentation for auditors
- Prepare proper documentation to reconcile GR/IR accounts
- Clear vendors’ Direct Debit open items in bank clearing accounts and reconcile with vendor invoices
- Ensure a high quality of internal finance Service Portal in line with agreed service level
- Ensure a high standard of internal customer service in line with agreed SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Support team members
- Other tasks requested by AP Team Manager

A positive attitude

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team

Bachelor’s degree in Professional degree in accounting

Good knowledge in AP accounting and VAT

A first experience in AP accounting is an asset, working experience in SSC environment is an asset

Communication skills in English.

Good analytical skills and attention to details.

Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word), SAP knowledge is an asset
