Strategic Partnerships Manager

As a Partnership Manager, your primary mission will be to develop and maintain strategic relationships with key marketing and distribution partners and business providers. You will be responsible for strengthening our network of collaborations to drive our clients and user base growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Partnership development and management**:

- Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential partners such as consulting firms, service providers, coworking operators, etc Build strong and lasting partnerships aligned with the platform's strategic objectives

**2. **Partnership Strategy Development**:

- Design strategic partnership plans to maximize growth opportunities: identifiy partnership opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into marketing campaigns and product development initiatives

**3. **Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Conduct effective negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Ensure accurate contract management and compliance with partner commitments

**4. **Communication and Customer Relationship**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring transparent communication and anticipating their needs
- Collect partner feedback and relay it to internal teams to continually improve services

**5. Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track partnership performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare regular reports on partnership effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in Sales and/or Partnership Management in the Real Estate field or HR field
- Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong results orientation and the ability to achieve and exceed growth objectives
- Fluent in French and English

**Education and Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role (Sales, Partnerships)
