**Votre mission en tant que Sales Development Representative**:
En tant que Sales Development Representative chez Joinsteer, vous serez au cœur de cette transformation passionnante. Votre rôle sera crucial pour identifier et qualifier les leads entrants, en bâtissant des relations durables avec nos clients. Vous guiderez nos clients à travers cette nouvelle ère de l'achat automobile, leur présentant des solutions sur mesure et convertissant leurs intérêts par l’achat de leur futur véhicule avec votre assistance.

**Détails des missions**:

- Traitement & qualification des demandes entrantes (étude de la finançabilité et de la solvabilité) plus **de 30 par jour à traiter par Sales**
- Accompagnement au choix du véhicule sans concession
- Évaluation des solutions de financements.
- Suivre les propositions (négociation, réalisation de contre-offre et closing).
- Ouverture de dossier post-closing et gestion de la relation avec le client en partenariat avec le back-office jusqu’à la livraison.

**Sales Advisor (1 à 4 ans d’expérience)** - Package 64,5k€ à 73k€
- Fixe: 30 à 39k€ Brut annuel
- Variable: 24,5k€ Brut annuel
- Bonus annuel: 5 à 10k€ / an
- Stock option à 12 mois à objectif

**Senior Sales Advisor (4 à 7 ans d’expérience)**:

- Package 100k€ à 115k€
- Fixe: 42k€ à 55k€
- Variable - Primes de CA / Deal: 56k€
- Bonus annuel: 15 à 30k€
- Bonus doublé si Stock option

**Partner Sales Advisor - **Package 140k€ à 170k€
- Fixe: 60 à 70k€
- Variable sur performance individuelle et équipe: 60k€
- Management direct de 5 à 10 sales
- Bonus annuel: 20 à 40k€
- Double Bonus si stock option
- Avantage leasing sportive: 1500€ / mois
- Carte entreprise pour invitations déjeuner collaborateur et client

**VP Sales / Cross Region**:

- Package 220 à 300k€
- Management de plusieurs bureaux et de 30 à 40 Sales
- Pilotage acquisition et transformation des leads
- Fixe: 120 à 150k€
- Variable liés à la performance P&L
- Double Bonus si stock option
- Avantage leasing sportive: 3000€ / mois
