Depuis 2006, le groupe Orlade (PMO x Op²) accompagne ses clients partout dans le monde dans la réalisation et la transformation de leurs projets complexes et programmes industriels.

**Le poste**:
En tant que Senior Project Manager, vous interviendrez sur trois volets:

- Volet conseil, pour améliorer la performance des projets complexes et d'envergure (de 1M$ à 10B$) de nos clients, à savoir les Directions Générales et Directions de Projets de grands groupes industriels mondiaux autour de 3 lignes de service:
Mise en projet et redressement de performance : diagnostic, mise en place et amélioration de pratiques de gestion de projet (ex. co-planning, gestion du flux de trésorerie et des ressources), gestion de crise (ex. gestion des interfaces et communications, redéfinition du référentiel, animation salle de crise).

Transformation d'organisation : conduite de changement (ex. définition d'organisation projet/portefeuille, digitalisation, jalons de maturité), gestion de la performance (ex. processus de décision, S&OP, réduction de temps de développement), déploiement de méthodes (ex. Agile, valeur acquise, etc.).

Prise en charge de postes clés : direction de programme / projet, PMO, chef de projet, planificateur principal, etc.
- Volet managérial, en prenant en charge le pilotage d'une équipe projet:
Accompagnement et montée en compétences des collaborateurs en mission.

Assurer le suivi et la progression des projets.

Gestion de l'interface et des attentes clients.
- Volet commercial, en construisant et en entretenant la relation client, en particulier dans le secteur de la santé:
Identifier des opportunités de croissance.

Piloter votre périmètre en renforçant les relations avec les clients grands comptes.

Conclure des ventes de prestation de service en management de projet.

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation ingénieure ou équivalent, niveau Bac + 5, une spécialisation en management de projet serait un plus ;
- Vous justifiez d'au moins 10 années d'expérience confirmée dans le management de projet et une expérience dans le management d'équipe, idéalement dans le secteur de la santé ;
- Vous avez démontré vos compétences en leadership ;
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre adaptabilité dans des environnements challengeants ;
- À l'écoute des besoins de l'équipe et des clients, vous démontrez une forte aptitude à collaborer ;
- Votre approche rigoureuse garantit la précision et l'efficacité au quotidien ;
- Organisé(e), vous gérez efficacement les priorités pour atteindre les objectifs fixés ;
- Vous êtes mobile pour des déplacements réguliers en France ;
- Vous avez un niveau d'anglais professionnel.
