**European eCommerce Content Manager (f/m/x)**:

Location: Warsaw
- The European dCommerce Content Expert (ECE) is responsible for the delivery of the EUR dCommerce content strategy by developing the BIC eContent for all EUR Innovation & Renovation, Blacktext Changes, eRetailers Brand Stores/Shops and T&L Projects ensuring a consistent Brand Expression across all touch points. _
- This role owns the Brand eContent expertise and connects with our dComm Retailer teams to ensure we upskill the EUR Portfolio Teams on what is BIC eContent for PNE and how we plan to deliver on it._

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Drive BIC Content guidelines Into the EUR MKG Portfolio teams (based on T&L Agenda and EUR dComm Team Input) to ensure that not only we are developing fit-for-purpose, consumer-relevant assets with a consistent brand expression across all touch points but also that this eContent is embedded on all Brand Toolkits developed.
- Responsible for the development of eContent for all innovations / renovations / Blacktext changes (Organic Content creation for the regional eRetailers Amazon and Zooplus; Hero Images; Secondary Imagery; Product Videos, Enhanced content) Including customer specific content (e.g., Amazon A+ and A+ Premium Content).
- Responsible for the creation, optimization and update of additional Brand/Product eContent defined in the yearly plan by the EUR Brand Teams and the Regional and Local dComm Teams
- e.g., BrandStores/Shops, T&L Projects, Organic Content Optimization Revamps, Product Video Content.
- Manage the relationship with the Creative Agencies & continuously Improve the content creation process (Brief, creation, approval & delivery, localization) Including Budget management.
- Coordinate, drive and improve the content availability for Local and Regional eRetailers; ensure readiness for deployment via salsify (upload the regional content into Salsify) and storing via lighthouse (uploads, maintenance, questions); collaborate with the regional dComm Acceleration team & Regional PXM team to unblock data challenges across BP markets.
- Close collaboration with the EUR dComm PDS Manager and EUR Acceleration team as they bring the eRetailer eContent strategy and expertise (this role should own the Brand Content Expertise).
- Engage and collaborate with the Regional and Local dComm Teams to ensure the content delivery addresses the eRetailers needs to deliver the Plan and that It can be delivered OTIF.

- Proven 4-5 years of diverse experience on similar position backed by successes.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Great planning, priority setting, time/stakeholder management skills and flexible work approach to ensure deadlines are met.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent editing and proofing skills.
- Proficiency with Internet and suite of Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and presentation skills (English).
- Strong eCommerce / digital understanding / experience in a brand or retail environment with deep understanding of best-in-class online content and the effects on shopper behavior.
- Proven track record in Project Management, with excellent planning and process management skills.
- Incorporate both analytical skills and creative thinking into every task.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable interacting at various levels of an organization, up to senior executive management, with versatile styles.
- Excellent business acumen and decision quality skills.
- Experience in cooperation with eRetailers would be an asset.
