Leader mondial de l’éducation et de l’enseignement supérieur privé, **Galileo Global Education** recrute un **Digital Marketer International F/H** en CDI à Paris 11ème, poste à pourvoir immédiatement. Nous formons plus de 200 000 étudiants au sein de 16 pays.

Vous rejoindrez l’équipe de Bertrand, au service Digital Marketing, au sein du siège Monde de Galileo, **vos missions seront**:
Accompagner les équipes locales dans leurs montées en compétences:

- Faire du Digital Marketing performance, le liant entre les équipes des différents pays,
- Déployer les pratiques groupe en Data et Digital Marketing, appliquées au contexte multiculturel,
- Analyser les performances des sites,
- Définir un plan d’action d’optimisations avec un pilotage Data Driven.

Interface entre les priorités business, les Digital Marketer locaux et les écoles:

- Définir et mettre en place la stratégie d’optimisations SEO,
- Améliorer la visibilité des sites via du trafic qualifié,
- Participer à la définition de la stratégie d’acquisition payante via un pilotage en coût d’acquisition, les SEA Manager ou les agences locales.

Optimiser le ROI en prenant soin du mix des canaux d’acquisition:

- Manager l’optimisation continue de la performance marketing,
- Manager le taux de conversion avec la mise en place de tests et mesures (A/B Testing).

Déplacements (à 50% environ), afin de créer du lien avec les équipes de votre périmètre:

- Europe : 1 fois par mois, pendant 1-2 jours (environ),
- Chypre, Inde, Mexique : 1 fois par semestre, pendant 1-3 semaines (environ),
- Des déplacements variables, selon les futures acquisitions/création d’écoles à venir.

**Profil recherché**:
Première expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum, qui vous a permis de développer une expertise en marketing, SEO/SEA, ROI et en Data driven marketing.

Compétences recherchées:

- Maîtrise du SEO et/ou du **SEA fortement recommandée.**
- SEO : Autonomie au sein d’une équipe experte:

- Audit technique et sémantique des sites web et du code des pages,
- Etude du positionnement des sites sur les moteurs de recherche (ranking) et de la concurrence,
- Préconisations des évolutions techniques et de structuration du contenu.
- SEA:

- Audit des comptes et recommandations stratégiques sur les différents leviers d'acquisition payante (Search, Display, Social),
- Analyse des performances des campagnes,
- Suivi des optimisations : A/B Tests, Betas, etc.
- Google Analytics.
- Acquisition de trafic payant multicanal.
- Gestion de projet web.
- Anglais : très bon niveau (oral/écrit).

- Capacité d’adaptation, d’organisation et de synthèse dans un univers riche et diversifié.
- Curieux et data orienté
