**Airbus Defence & Space **recherche pour sa filiale SLC le **Responsable du département New Product Introduction (f/h) **pour rejoindre les équipes Supply Chain basées à **Elancourt, France **.

**Le département New Product Introduction **est en charge de la création d'une capacité de livraison end-to-end de nouveaux produits (NPI), de solutions logicielles et d’activités de maintenance.

De plus, la définition, le développement et la montée en puissance de nouveaux processus, outils, installations et configurations tout au long de la vie des produits font partie du champ de responsabilité.

Votre rôle consistera à encadrer l'équipe d'experts et à collaborer avec les différentes équipes et organisations internes et externes.

L'équipe se compose d’une dizaine de personnes (ingénieurs d'essai, responsables Sécurité et Delivery Capability Manager (DCM)) qui sont réparties sur plusieurs sites en Europe. Ce poste nécessite donc des déplacements (environ 20 à 30 % du temps de travail).

**Vos challenges**:

- Manager l’équipe en utilisant vos compétences de coaching et de mentorat
- Collaborer activement et faire du lien entre les différentes parties prenantes au sein de l'entreprise ainsi qu'avec les fournisseurs
- Fournir à la R&D et aux fournisseurs des solutions et une approche solide en matière de gestion de projet
- Définir et déployer une stratégie de prestation de services tout en garantissant l’alignement des moyens et des indicateurs de performance
- Assurer une prestation de services de premier ordre tout au long du cycle de vie du produit
- Veiller à ce que les protocoles et les normes de sécurité soient respectées tout au long du processus d'introduction du produit
- Être responsable de la planification et du suivi des projets
- Mettre en place des retours d'expérience et assurer la mise en œuvre des actions convenues
- Assurer la gestion des risques et des imprévus

**Votre profil**:

- Expérience dans le management d’équipe d'experts
- Expérience industrielle / technique dans un secteur similaire en termes de Software et de Hardware
- Expérience réussie dans la gestion de projets de R&D techniques
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'interaction et de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Anglais courant
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à obtenir des résultats
- Solides compétences en matière d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes et capacité à faire preuve d'un grand sens pratique
- Bonne tolérance à la pression
- Capacité à garder les choses simples et transparentes

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.
