Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) conseiller(ère) de vente de juin à septembre pour rejoindre notre boutique située à l’Outlet Marne La Vallée.
**À ce titre, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes**:
Client
Maîtriser le Voyage client.
Créer l'émotion et le désir du client.
Engager les prospects et les clients existants sur la base du plan hebdomadaire défini par la Direction du magasin.
Fournir le Service Valentino Couture de façon irréprochable, pendant toutes les phases (préparation à la vente, accueil, exploration du client, présentation du produit, conclusion et au revoir).
Réaliser des performances de vente et respecter les KPI demandés par le Responsable d’équipe.
Se concentrer sur le développement et la rétention des clients existants, le recrutement de nouveaux clients et de clients potentiels conformément aux exigences de l'entreprise en matière de CRM.
Engager le client à chaque occasion de vente - visite en magasin, rendez-vous privé ou téléphonique.
Participer activement aux ventes en partenariat et en rendez-vous individuel.
Opérations et Visuel
Traiter toutes les activités de vente et d'après-vente (retours boutique, fin de saison, retours clients, réparations, plaintes).
Assurer le bon entretien ainsi que le réapprovisionnement des produits dans l'espace de vente.
Connaitre le stock de toutes les catégories afin d'assurer le réapprovisionnement de la surface de vente et de maximiser les ventes.
Respecter les procédures opérationnelles et administratives.
**Profil**:
- Première expérience réussie dans le domaine de la vente luxe ou Premium
- Passion pour la Mode et la Haute Couture (suivi des tendances, des créateurs, connaissance globale du secteur)
- Gout du contact avec une clientèle internationale
- Culture du résultat
- Esprit d’équipe, attitude proactive et adaptabilité
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles
- Vous parlez français et anglais couramment ; la maîtrise d'une troisième langue est appréciée.
