**#Département**
Nous recherchons un Billing Manager transformation H/F pour notre département Finance qui a pour mission d’accompagner le développement d’OVHcloud par le suivi de la performance, des prévisions, de la comptabilité et des relations avec nos prestataires tout en traduisant la vision stratégique en exercices budgétaires.

**#Missions**

Rattaché au Responsable de la facturation, votre rôle principal consiste à s'assurer de la bonne facturation de nos clients.

Plus particulièrement, vos missions sont les suivantes:

- Être le point de contact privilégié pour l'équipe facturation avec les équipes Business (Produit) et techniques (IT Transformation)
- Être le point de relai fonctionnel sur la partie facturation dans le cadre du programme de refonte de la chaine O2C
- Représenter la facturation côté métier dans le cadre de l'élaboration de nouvelles offres, implémenter des contrôles et du monitoring pour le lancement, aux étapes de test et de mise en production
- Gérer tout ou partie de projets de transformation impactant la facturation
- Être un point de relai pour le Business dans le cadre de la définition de nouveaux produits
- Suivre et tester les changements de migration de systèmes ou migrations produits
- Définir les scenarii de tests fonctionnels et tester ce qui a été produit pour en assurer la conformité
- Supporter l'équipe facturation dans son ensemble en partageant et communiquant les évènements en cours et à venir qui impactent directement les activités opérationnelles.
- Documenter les nouvelles offres et flux sur les aspects de facturation

Plus occasionnellement:

- Centraliser, analyser et gérer les demandes fonctionnelles liées à la facturation
- Définir et implémenter des processus d'amélioration continue
- Analyser et reporter les anomalies de facturation ; proposer des méthodes de résolution
- Coordonner la résolution des incidents et la correction des données de facturation en réalisant l'interface entre différents services internes : IT, Product Unit, service commercial

**#Profil**
- Vous disposez de minimum 7 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
- Project management skills
- Vous disposez de très bonnes connaissances des process O2C
- Vous avez une appétence technique et fonctionnelle à la fois pour mener à bien cette mission
- Vous connaissez les grands principes de la Finance d’entreprise
- Vous maîtriez l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum)
- Vous utilisez le Pack Office, SQL, PowerBI
- Avec un grand sens du service, vous souhaitez avoir un impact positif sur vos contacts internes et / ou externes
- Vous êtes ouvert sur le monde et travailler dans un contexte international est un aspect important pour vous
- Vous êtes autonome et capable de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide
