**About this opportunity**:
As the HR Processes & Systems Coordinator, you will play an essential role to maintain and improve our HR processes, policies and procedures. You will provide support and training on Success Factors, as well as the deployment of ongoing and new projects.

You will provide support and expertise to all HR Managers of different seniority levels within our organization.

You will ensure certifications are maintained, suggest and implement corrective action plans to eliminate any non-conformance from Audit reports.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Key contact for internal stakeholders including senior leadership
- Control the accuracy of data by coordinating HR effort across all countries
- Manage improvement request together with our external technical partner
- Lead ongoing and new implementation projects
- Deliver training and enable change with an efficient communication
- Prepare HR and compensation data reports and analyses
- Possibility to be involved in Compensation and Benefits matters
- Coordinate HR reports required by Crown Holdings
- Create and update flowcharts of HR processes to SharePoint

**Required Education and Qualifications**
- Degree Qualified in Human Resources or IT
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR systems/ engineering processes

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Experienced in using information systems proficiently or administrator of an information system, preferably Success Factors.
