**LA SOCIÉTÉ**:
Cette jeune startup est un éditeur de logiciel qui concurrence les big players établis sur le marché dans le domaine CRM et Marketing C'est l'occasion de rejoindre une société avec un produit plébiscité (première levée de fonds effectué de presque 2 millions) avec une équipe à taille humaine (une dizaine) qui souhaite en 2023 solidifier son équipe Tech et recruter plusieurs profils stratégiques. Votre rôle de **CTO **sera dans un premier temps d'être lead technique dans le développement de leur produit et la gestion de leur équipe Data & Tech en place, puis en tant que véritable bras droit du CEO vous serez responsable de l’innovation technologique.

**LE RÔLE**:
**En tant que CTO, **vous travaillerez en collaboration avec le CEO et jouerez un rôle clé dans la stratégie l’entreprise.

Vous aurez comme responsabilités principales:

- Responsable et leader du développement du produit
- Gérer et faire évoluer l’infra, mise en place des best practices
- Manager, coacher et encadrer l'équipe technique
- Participer à la conception et au déploiement de la feuille de route technique

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:
**Le profil devra réunir un maximum des points listés ci-dessous**:

- Vous êtes diplômé d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou d’un équivalent Bac +5
- Vous avez une expérience de plusieurs années en tant que Lead Développeur et une volonté de vous diriger vers de l’entreprenariat
- Expertise Python
- Familier avec un environnement Full stack
- Expérience en ML Engineering
- Doté d’une excellente capacité de communication
- Français et en Anglais courant

Salaire : 80 000,00€ à 95 000,00€ par an
