What we're looking for
We are currently looking for our first Product Manager. We're a small team and need a person who is willing to take full ownership of the user experience.
Your Role
- Work directly with the CEO and CTO to define the product roadmap and ruthlessly prioritize what we execute
- A big chunk of your time will be dedicated to user research and interviewing our target users in the US and in France. You will be the ears of the company and the insights you'll get will be detrimental to building and prioritizing the product backlog
- Work hand-in-hand with our designer to come up with new features and enhance previous features to optimize for conversion and growth
- Work closely with developers to manage delivery. You are the owner of the timing and quality of what we are building.
- Drive product evolution through data analysis. Amplitude should be your best friend.
Your Profile
- Passion and strong experience in the mobile consumer industry. You can't help but testing all the new apps on the Appstore.
- At least 2/3 years experience working in product management
- Experience in startups or scaleups (history of shipping mobile apps from scratch)
- You have basic technical knowledge (API logics, release process)
- You are highly analytical
- You have strong organizational skills
- You are comfortable talking with people and organizing focus groups
- You're fluent in English (fluent fluent, ie, you can conduct a full interview in English)
- You are based in Paris (we have 2 remote days / week)
