D-Codes est une agence data et digitale au service des institutions, des associations, des entreprises, et des marques. La force de D-Codes s’articule autour de deux savoir-faire : la maîtrise de la connaissance des publics et le conseil stratégique. « Donnons du sens à nos relations », signifie, pour nous, combiner ces deux dimensions. Cette offre globale est nourrie par une base de données de 41 millions d’individus et différentes communautés digitales. Elle est déclinable en stratégie relationnelle, en marketing conversationnel, en relations média, panels, études et enquêtes d’opinion.
**Vos Missions**
- Vous rejoignez l’équipe digitale, des passionnés qui aiment parler campagnes, optimisations, de recommandations client et adorent tester de nouveaux leviers pour répondre aux besoins des annonceurs.
- Vous êtes garant de la mise en place des campagnes dans les délais.
- Vous assurez le suivi opérationnel et l’optimisation des campagnes réalisées dans le respect des budgets.
- Vous réalisez les analyses du succès et créez / interprétez des reportings de campagnes pour les clients
- Vous enrichissez continuellement les process de campaign management pour assurer une exécution zéro défaut.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble des services de la société et assurerez la relation avec nos prestataires externes.
**Profil recherché**
Vous êtes spécialisé en marketing digital et bénéficiez d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum en publicité digitale sur Google Ads et Facebook Ads avec maîtrise opérationnelle de campagnes en autonomie pour divers clients.
Vous maitrisez l’utilisation de Mindbaz et de Klaviyo.
Vous aimez les chiffres et maitrisez Excel, Goodle Ads, Meta, Adwords Editor et autres outils de gestion de campagnes (Business Manager Facebook). Doté.e d’une orthographe et une syntaxe irréprochable, vous faites preuve d’un esprit de synthèse et d’analyse.
Vous avez l’habitude des campagnes performantes, maitrisez la délivrabilité et vos clients le ressentent. Vous avez un état d’esprit droit et pragmatique et vous êtes capable d'expliquer des KPIs qui peuvent parfois paraître obscurs.
Curieux, vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez un excellent relationnel. Vous êtes autonome, bien organisé.e et savez gérer efficacement plusieurs projets.
