POSTE

En étroite collaboration avec la Direction, vous accompagnez les projets informatiques depuis la conception jusqu’à l’implémentation en passant par la définition des objectifs, des indicateurs, l’identification des livrables attendus, des interdépendances et des personnes à impliquer. Vous définissez les sujets à aborder, recherchez les informations clés en interne comme en externe. Vous formalisez des propositions d’amélioration, des alternatives aux problématiques et des opportunités rencontrées à partir d’une bonne compréhension du business existant. En lien avec les parties prenantes des projets, vous facilitez l’avancement des dossiers relatifs avec les activités opérationnelles. Vous coordonnez les acteurs impliqués dans le projet pour assurer sa réussite et suivez l’avancement des différents chantiers. Vous organisez, préparez et animez les comités projet et les ateliers de travail. Vous répondez aux demandes opérationnelles des membres du Comité de Direction et réalisez les rapports demandés.

POSTE

BAC+ 5 ou ingénieur en informatique, vous avez acquis une expérience significative de la gestion de projet dans le secteur de l’industrie, si possible en environnement international. Pour ce faire, vous maitrisez l’anglais (l’espagnol est un plus) et aimez le travail en contexte multi-pays et multiculturel. Flexible, adaptable, curieux, agile intellectuellement, analytique, synthétique et organisé, vos qualités relationnelles vous permettent d’interagir avec tout type d’interlocuteur et de travailler en équipe.
