Pernod Ricard’s Sales Transformation’s (STAR) objective is to accelerate topline growth by transforming our commercial model in line with the Conviviality Platform ambition, accelerating tech and data-powered initiatives, designing new customer engagement models, and building on the entrepreneurial mindset of our 6000 sales team members. We are looking for our future Group Sales Transformation Intern starting in July 2023
Your missions ?
- Assist the Sales Transformation PMO Leader in day-to-day responsibilities_
- You will support the Sales Transformation PMO Leader in his day-to-day activities, i.e. supporting him ensuring a proper governance of the STAR program (with all its streams)
- You will prepare content (memos, presentations, analyses,) for key meetings
- You will help prepare STAR program updates, as needed, that will be used for Senior Leadership to review overall progress of the Transformation
- You will provide assistance and coordination on certain specific initiatives:
- STAR communication roadmap
- Best practice sharing initiatives (incl. regular sessions with markets & customers)
- Building a CTO Community
- Group Transformation stream coordination
- Assist the D-STAR KDP (Key Digital Program) Project Manager on the lead of various projects_
On multiple topics, work with the D-STAR KDP (STAR’s digital project) Project Manager, specifically on:
- You will monitor the roll-out roadmap and resources
- You will prepare key meetings (Steering Committees, ad hoc updates,)
- You will help on communications and Events (KDP updates, Data Distillers communications, team building activities,)

- You have a first professional experience in a consulting company or a multinational company in a complex matrixial organization context
- You have Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel,) and capacity to deliver content in efficient and agile manner
- You ideally have an experience in rolling out digital and/or AI solutions (and/or IT service but with a strong digital background) in several countries
- You have familiarity with FMCG industries.
