ENTREPRISE PIZZAROTTI & C. SpA, entreprise Italienne de construction générale, est implantée en France depuis plusieurs années avec de nombreuses réalisations telles que la construction d’une partie du parc d’attraction Disneyland Paris, la construction d’un nouveau bâtiment de l’hôpital de la Timone à Marseille et de nombreuses autres œuvres à travers le monde.
Depuis 2016, la société Pizzarotti, et ses partenaires, ont en charge de nombreux chantiers du Grand Paris, tels que les prolongements des lignes de métro 4 et 11 ou de la construction des ligne 15 et 17. Nous travaillons également sur le grand projet de la Construction du CHU de Pointe-à-Pitre en Guadeloupe, en tant que mandataire du projet.
Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Contract Manager pour notre siège basé à Paris.
**Le poste**
Rattaché(e) au Directeur France, vos missions principales seront les suivantes:
- Pendant la phase d’appel d’offres:
Analyse et préparation des réponses aux appels d'offres en soutien des opérationnels Analyse et clarification de contrats, conditions d’assurance, garanties bancaires, etc
Rédaction des contrats et protocoles
Conseil quant aux risques encourus et proposition de schémas d'optimisation ;
- Pendant la phase d’exécution:
Monitoring du contrat et réalisation d’alertes contractuelles si nécessaire ;
Gestion du dossier contractuel et mise à jour de la documentation ;
Tracer les changements aux marchés, conserver et actualiser les documents contractuels
Identification des leviers commerciaux en vue d’améliorer la marge du contrat et d’étudier la possibilité de revenus additionnels ;
Assurer la bonne communication des contrats aux parties prenantes (internes et externes) ;
Support et conseil tout au long de l’exécution du contrat ;
- Après achèvement du projet:
Suivi de la bonne clôture du contrat, de la délivrance des procès-verbaux de réception de travaux ;
Rédaction d’un retour d’expérience sous l’angle contractuel ;
Participer au traitement des réclamations et aux expertises
**Profil recherché**
Vous justifiez une formation Bac+5 d'Ecole d'Ingénieur, Ecole de Commerce ou de l'Université.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 7 ans sur un poste similaire, dans le secteur du BTP et comprenez des problématiques autant contractuelles que techniques que liées à la gestion de projet.
Vous connaissez impérativement le marché français.
Vous êtes également mobile en Guadeloupe sur notre chantier du siège, pour des missions.
