- Developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy
- Identifying new market opportunities and potential customer segments
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels
- Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices
- Collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging and best-selling content
- Leading and managing a team of digital marketing specialists
- Generating reports on marketing campaign performance and presenting insights to the executive team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as data privacy and consumer protection.
- This role is directly reporting to the Head of Growth

**To succeed in this role, you should have**:

- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
- Experience with setting up the analytics department (together with a software solution and team).
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization software like Power BI.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and KPIs, such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and ROI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with analyzing and connecting data also with supply chain, planning together with sales and marketing
- Experience with forecasting for finance, supply chain, and sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A passion for growing and an undeniable desire to succeed
- A track record of leading diverse and inclusive teams
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to extract data-driven and informed decisions
