**LE POSTE**
Nous recherchons un **Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) F/H**, avec un niveau d’anglais courant, pour une entreprise ; basée à Paris Centre, membre d’un groupe international.
Le CISO a deux axes principaux. Il est responsable de l'architecture et de l'opérationnalité des infrastructures IT, de même que de la définition, la mise en œuvre et la gestion des stratégies de sécurité de l'information et de la cyberdéfense au sein de l'entreprise. Il veille à ce que les systèmes d'information et les données de l'entreprise soient protégés contre les cybermenaces, tout en assurant la conformité aux réglementations en vigueur, en particulier la loi française sur la protection des données et normes de conformité.
**LES RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES SERONT LES SUIVANTES**
**I. Structuration et gestion de l'architecture Zero Trust**:
- Concevoir, développer et mettre en œuvre une architecture Zero Trust pour les systèmes d'information de l'entreprise.
- Définir et mettre en place des politiques de sécurité strictes basées sur le principe du moindre privilège.
- Superviser la segmentation du réseau, l'authentification multi-facteurs et la surveillance continue pour détecter et répondre aux menaces éventuelles.
**III. Gouvernance, risques et conformité (compliance)**:
- Élaborer et maintenir des politiques de sécurité de l'information et des normes de conformité en conformité avec la législation française et les meilleures pratiques internationales.
- Effectuer des évaluations régulières des risques et des audits de sécurité pour identifier les vulnérabilités et les lacunes de conformité.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes pour garantir la conformité aux réglementations en matière de protection des données, notamment le RGPD (Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données).
**COMPETENCES ET PROFIL REQUIS**
- Expérience confirmée dans la conception et la mise en œuvre d'architectures Zero Trust.
- Connaissance approfondie des technologies de sécurité de l'information, y compris les systèmes de détection des intrusions (IDS), les pare-feu nouvelle génération (NGFW) et les outils de gestion des identités et des accès (IAM).
- Maîtrise des réglementations et des normes de sécurité de l'information, notamment la législation française sur la protection des données.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion d'équipe.
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique, en sécurité de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Expérience professionnelle significative dans le domaine de la sécurité de l'information, avec une expérience préalable dans un rôle de direction (exigé).
