**Technical Area Sales Manager (M/F/d) Homebase Paris - Remote**

**Shape the world of tomorrow**

Are you looking for a new challenge where you can put your sales experience and technical know-how to the test? Do you love interacting with people and understanding their needs? Then we are looking for you based in or near Paris.
- Your main task as a technical sales representative (M/F/d) is to analyze the needs of our customers and to support them by offering solutions for motors (brushless motors, stepper motors, linear motors) and their drives tailored to their needs
- Advise and support our customers in the selection of motor specifications and the preparation of quotations
- Following up on offers and conducting price negotiations are part of your diverse area of responsibility
- Your experienced and hands-on mentality leads to the achievement of goals and brings you profitable contracts
- Presenting our drive solutions to customers and at trade fairs
- Generating project inquiries and actively supporting projects
- Independent implementation of sales targets
- Acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers and expanding our position on the French market
- Identifying new market opportunities in collaboration with our colleagues in the technical office
- Independent implementation of sales targets
- You report to the Head of Sales

**Your experience and qualifications**
- Successfully **completed technical studies in the field of mechanical / electrical engineering or drive technology **or comparable qualification / training as an engineer, technician or similar
- **Several years of experience in the field of motors and drives / drive technology is mandatory**:

- Ideally experience in field service
- Very good written and spoken French and good English skills (B2) are required
- A high degree of initiative and responsibility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a high customer and service orientation
- A confident manner, strong negotiating skills and the ability to work in a team round off your profile
- The position involves business travel within your business area. You will be working from home in this position.
- A sales personality who can inspire our customers with passion in the field
