L’activité Systèmes terrestres et aériens conçoit des systèmes, des équipements, des capteurs et des services pour le contrôle du trafic aérien civil et militaire, la défense aérienne ainsi que le combat naval et terrestre.

A proximité immédiate de Saint-Etienne, le site de Saint-Héand est un centre de compétences opto-mécaniques à la fois Industriel et en Recherche & Développement dans le domaine de l’optique de précision. Nos 350 collaborateurs œuvrent quotidiennement pour fournir à nos clients Défense les équipements optroniques (Jumelles de Vision Nocturne - leader européen -, caméras thermiques, sous-ensembles optiques complexes) les plus performants du marché. Notre site est aussi le centre historique de la marque Angénieux, spécialisée dans les zooms optiques de très haute qualité pour l’industrie du Cinéma, cette renommée ayant été récompensée plusieurs fois par des Oscars techniques.

Alternance de 2 ans à pourvoir sur le site de St Héand.

**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE**:
Intégré.e à la **Direction Opérations et Programmes du Secteur Terre-Naval** co-localisés sur deux sites, vous rejoignez le service de **Bid & Project Management** du secteur dont les offres et projets sont gérés depuis le site de Saint-Heand. Vous travaillez directement avec le Responsable du service, mais également avec les autres membres de l’équipe qui sont en charge de l'exécution des programmes.

**En nous rejoignant, vos principales missions seront suivantes**:

- Participer à la **gestion d’un portefeuille d'offres** d'une granularité adéquate à votre expérience et votre évolution au cours de votre alternance ;
- Contribuer à la **gestion d’un portefeuille de projets** ;
- Prendre part à **l'amélioration des outils et process** utilisés pour assurer les missions de Bid & Project management ;
- Participer au **déploiement des pratiques de Bid & Project Management** (rédaction de guides, préparation de formations).
