- Comprehensive and pragmatic support: From initial talent recruitment in France and abroad, leveraging our teams and methodology integrating the latest HR technologies.
- International network: With an extensive network of over 10,000 entrepreneurs, investors, and international partners, we assist our clients in finding talents, partners, clients, or investors in new international markets to realize their development strategy.

**Responsibilities/Missions**:
Under the guidance and support of the management, you will manage various internal and external projects in line with the company's strategy and mission. As part of a close-knit and supportive team, you will have a 360° view of the company.

**External Project Management (70%)**:

- _Project Management Talent Partner Africa:_
- Strategic support as Group Talent Partner Africa.
- Assistance in recruiting key talents internationally.
- Market research to support our clients' expansion in the African market.
- Support for our clients' HR management platform.
- _Talent Partner France:_
- Conducting market studies to provide essential data on European markets.
- Coordinating projects to facilitate business meetings between clients and potential partners.
- Supporting Startup&Angels France as needed to increase member satisfaction, identify new event partners, and organize successful networking events in France and new European markets.

**Internal Project Management (30%)**:

- _Digital Project Management:_
- Supporting digital marketing activities for INAUTALENT (production of visual content, articles, newsletters, and website updates).
- Managing our Talent Acquisition platform.
- Participating in internal process improvement efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Final-year bachelor or masters student in a business school, engineering school, or similar field, with a successful first experience in project management, consulting, or recruitment.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Positive attitude and desire to evolve within a dynamic international team.
- Fast learning ability and proactivity.
- Team spirit, attention to detail, and willingness to take on challenges.
- Interest in the startup ecosystem.
- Computer skills: proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, Linkedin, and collaboration tools. Knowledge of customer relationship management and marketing automation would be a plus.
- **Duration**:

- Full-time 6-month internship
- Start Date: June 2024
